How can I cancel my premium membership?
While we're confident that you will love your Viewbix premium and that it will boost your online presence, you can downgrade your premium account to a basic account at any time from the account tab in your Viewbix Studio.
You will still have all your premium features through the end of your current billing cycle but your suscription will not renew and you will not be charged anymore.
What video formats do you support?
Since Viewbix doesn't host videos, there are two ways you can make a Viewbix player for your video:
How much does it cost to use?
1) Either upload your video to YouTube and use link created by YouTube when creating your Viewbix player.
2) If you have a direct link to a video in an MP4 format (The file name should end in MP4), you can use that link to generate a Viewbix player.
Nothing! The basic Viewbix is free to use and distribute.
However, if you're looking for more advanced features, including branding options and analytics, we offer premium and Enterprise solutions.

How can I upgrade to a premium plan?
Upgrading to a premium plan is simple. You can upgrade from our website at http://www.viewbix.com/pricing
You may also upgrade from within the studio in your Account page.
Can I cancel a premium plan and go back to the Basic plan?
You can change your plan at any time from your Account page in the studio. If you downgrade, you will lose access to all premium features such as analytics, galleries, etc..
Players that exceed the number allowed in your new plan level will be disabled.
Do I need an American credit card to sign up for the premium versions?
We accept all major credit cards, including international cards and will be billed in US dollars.
How can I get analytics?
Analytics are offered as part of the premium plan.
The analytics track how your players are being used and shared. Discover which players have the most interactions, which apps are most used, and which are shared.
Data such as impressions, interactions, clickthroughs, social shares, apps usage and more are reported in both chart (graph) and table modes.
What kind of videos can I use?
You can currently add videos from YouTube, Vimeo premium or Facebook. Stay tuned for more video options coming soon!
What languages can I use?
Viewbix has full international language support in all plans.

Is there a character limit on my title?
Technically no, but if the title is too long it may not appear completely in the video.
To avoid having any characters cut-off, please use the following character limit guide:
- Small player (300x236) Up to 38 characters
- Medium player (398x292) Up to 52 characters
- Large player (480x338) Up to 64 characters
Also, to make sure everything appears as you’d like, check the live preview of your player on the right while you’re customizing it.
Is there a character limit on the button text?
No, not technically, but if the button text is longer than 14 characters, it may not appear properly.

Is there a character limit on my details?
No. Feel free to include as much information as you need.
How do I change the Menu Text or icon?
In the App Settings for each app (Step 3), you can change the menu text or choose a menu icon from a library of images.

Can the call-to-action be a form fill for lead generation?
Yes, we offer that option as part of our Enterprise package. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Can I edit my player once it has been published?
Yes, you can modify a published player at any time. Go to the Players page to select which player you would like to edit.
Please note that after your changes have been saved, it may take a few minutes for the changes to appear live (and longer for videos embedded in Facebook).
Can I change the font?
Font options are available as part of our branding options. Custom fonts are available in the Enterprise plan.
Can I remove the "Powered by Viewbix" logo?
Yes, we offer that option as part of the premium plan.
What kind of Vimeo account do I need in order to use Vimeo Video?
As per the Vimeo Terms and Conditions, you must have a Vimeo premium account to use your videos in 3rd party players.
If you have a Vimeo premium account, simply cut and paste the video file URL, which can be found under the settings tab of any video you upload.
Please make sure your video privacy settings allow for anyone to see the video.
Is there a video size limit?
If YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo allow it, we allow it!
Can I include reviews or customer testimonials?
Customer testimonials and reviews will soon be offered as one of our Premium Apps.

Can I post my player on social media sites other than Twitter and Facebook?
Post your player to Twitter and Facebook with a one-step process.
To post to other sites, simply copy and paste the provided embed code. You can post your player everywhere!
How do I post to Facebook?
Nothing could be easier! Simply click on the Facebook button in the Publish screen in the Viewbix Studio.
You can also click on the Facebook icon on the bottom of any player and share that experience on Facebook with your friends.
